Middesk is scaling its footprint across several verticals, and we’re looking for an Account Executive with deep experience in selling API-first infrastructure products to close new logos across fintechs, banks, lenders, marketplaces etc. This role is designed for an AE with a proven track record in technical, API-led sales motions—someone who can navigate complex buyer groups (product, risk, compliance, engineering) and sell into sophisticated B2B use cases. While direct experience in Business Identity, KYC, or KYB is not required, it is highly valuable given the problems we solve. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from pipeline generation through close—partnering with Solutions Engineers to design high-value, technically robust solutions that enable customers to build trusted and scalable products on Middesk’s infrastructure.   • Own and grow a book of business across fintech, lending, and financial services—whether in Mid-Market or Enterprise segments.
  • Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with product, engineering, compliance, and risk buyers.
  • Deeply understand our APIs, customer workflows, and integration paths; collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop senior-level relationships and position Middesk as the go-to partner for infrastructure powering identity, compliance, and risk workflows.
  • Work closely with Solutions Engineering to run technical evaluations and with Product to share market feedback.
  • Prospect into whitespace, create opportunities, and represent Middesk externally as a thought partner in API-first infrastructure.
  • B2B Sales Expertise in SaaS or API-driven infrastructure businesses, consistently exceeding quota.
  • Demonstrated success selling technical products that integrate into customer workflows.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with API-level conversations and partnering with Solutions Engineers to assess and scope integrations.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline across both named and net-new accounts.
  • Experience selling into financial services, fintechs, lenders, or B2B platforms.
  • Background in Identity, KYC, KYB, or compliance data products.
  • History of working in early-stage startups where you helped build sales playbooks and processes.
