As an Account Executive at Berkley Accident and Health, you will be responsible for driving new business, managing existing broker and client relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally with underwriting and marketing to support revenue growth. Strong pipeline management and ad hoc reporting capabilities are essential to success in this role. You will create and manage follow ups on opportunities presented from the business to our broker partners, and identify trends and opportunities for continued growth. This position can either be fully remote (if not within commutable distance to the office) or based in one of our offices: Hamilton Square, NJ or Marlborough, MA. Our offices offer a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote where it makes sense to do so.
