MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries.   • Use all company resources to grow and manage the aluminum surface treatment business in North America for the Light Metal Solutions team.
  • Work directly with the Global Business Director and North American Business Development Director to develop, train, and use our Roadmap to Revenue sales process on our ATLAS platform.
  • Assist with and develop strategic alliances/partnerships with OEM/Tier/applicator partners within North America as assigned to drive business.
  • Assist with Light Metal Solutions sales strategy in North America.
  • Deliver an agreed upon total of new business on an annual basis.
  • Assist with new installations and the commissioning phase of anodizing/pre-paint lines.
  • Lead troubleshooting and implement corrective actions by utilizing company resources.
  • Provide technical support at other MEIS accounts for LMS products.
  • Complete and forward formalized monthly reports.
  • Complete monthly T&E reports utilizing Chrome River management software.
  • Maintain proficiency in all aspects of our operation and products.
  • Bachelor degree in Chemistry or related field.
  • Six (6)+ years' experience in industries such as aluminum / anodizing market / paint shop is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate across the organization.
  • Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Create presentations and organize/lead team meetings.
  • Ability to work in a high paced and multi-task environment while remaining organized.
