About The Position

FleetPulse is seeking a driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This role will focus on driving net new accounts by selling our telematics and trailer tracking solutions to mid-size and large fleets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, telematics, or logistics technology
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and transportation sectors with a focus on Enterprise accounts
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Sales presentations may be conducted remotely or on site depending on business needs
  • Have control over deal-making and decision-making within the sales process including negotiating and closing deals to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Take initiative to refine and establish processes and procedures as the company grows, working independently with minimal direction from leadership.

Benefits

  • On Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000 annually
  • Base Salary: $65,000
  • Variable Compensation: 50% of OTE ($65,000) based on performance
