About The Position

The Account Executive role is for an individual with an energizing personality, a positive attitude, and the initiative to work independently. This position focuses on retaining current accounts and developing and growing new accounts within the Fort Worth and surrounding areas. Key aspects include connecting and maintaining relationships with Corporate Management Companies, learning about the LTC medical industry, and being comfortable with technology. The role involves significant client interaction, travel, and strategic planning to expand the company's presence and service offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related fields
  • Must maintain a current driver’s license and be able to travel
  • Outstanding written communication and presentation skills
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
  • Ability to learn CRM and other computer programs
  • Detail-orientated with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Independent, organized, and motivated to work

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience of 2 years of communications/marketing experience

Responsibilities

  • Retaining current accounts
  • Developing and growing new accounts throughout the assigned territory
  • Connecting and maintaining relationships with Corporate Management Companies
  • Participating in weekly review and strategy meetings with Business Development and Exec. Team
  • Conducting routine traveling for face-to-face client visits within your territory, with some overnight travel expected
  • Training and educating new LTC staff on MDB referral process and helping improve LTC referral habits
  • Engaging in frequent correspondence by phone and email
  • Marketing and coordinating new lines of service in facilities
  • Performing service line reviews
  • Organizing meetings, events, and other opportunities to make MDB’s presence known to LTCs and related relationships in your territory
  • Daily use of our CRM (client relationship management) software
  • Communicating any client issues up the chain quickly
  • Undertaking other marketing/sales projects as needed
