About The Position

Guardian Tax is expanding, and our new, larger Chandler office is officially open. We’re building our next class of high-performing Account Executives for our January 19, 2026 onboarding, and we’re keeping it simple: warm leads, high energy, and real opportunity. This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales floor with music playing, indoor games, and a culture that works hard and has fun doing it. You’ll work 100% inbound, warm calls—real people actively looking for tax relief. No cold calling. No chasing leads. You’ll guide clients through conversations, build trust quickly, and help them take the next step toward financial relief. Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of warm, inbound calls
  • Build rapport, control the conversation, and guide clients to solutions
  • Educate clients on next steps with confidence and clarity
  • Work closely with managers and team leads to improve performance
  • Stay organized using our CRM and follow proven processes
