About The Position

Account Executive Successful candidates must reside in Manhattan, KS or the surrounding area. As a n Account Executive with Cassling, you’ll be a Trusted Advisor, connect ing healthcare providers to state-of-the-art capital imaging equipment and other imaging solutions from Siemens Healthineers . Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for helping imaging teams choose the right systems to make a difference for their patients and for their ongoing provider experience. You’ll travel throughout your territory to connect with technologists, department managers, and executives from hospitals, health systems, office-based labs, ambulatory surgery centers and physician practices. Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business or relevant work experience
  • One to three years of sales experience involving complex bundled deals
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, particularly at the executive level
  • Oral presentation and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to create multi-year strategic deals
  • Strong ethics and unwavering integrity
  • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with the ability to effectively leverage others.
  • Openness to coaching and occasional ride-alongs with the Regional Vice President

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in healthcare sales. The more technical and clinical, the better
  • Medical capital equipment experience is a huge plus

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Trusted Advisor for Siemens Healthineers capital imaging equipment and digital solutions for healthcare providers
  • Must be willing to meet and exceed applicable sales quotas to increase market share within assigned sales territory
  • Develop, build and strengthen customer relationships through excellent customer service
  • Have a firm grasp on how to properly implement various sales strategies at appropriate times with different customers.
  • Work with Project Management, Installation, Education, Service, Marketing and other Sales personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and timeliness of delivery
  • Understand and speak to the customers’ workflows and business model, analyzing strengths and weaknesses to provide solutions as a Trusted Advisor, consultant and partner in their mission and vision.
  • Work with the Regional Vice President to develop and present a quarterly overall territory sales plan that accurately forecasts possible deals for the quarter and year, ensuring order volume and customer satisfaction targets are met.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and current Cassling product portfolio via product training, sales meetings, trade shows, conventions, and local, state, and national seminars.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively (75% or more) to cover territory
