Your mission: aggressively grow our customer base through strategic cold calling, outreach, and relationship-building. Your Role: Lead market expansion by prospecting new clients via cold calls and face-to-face meetings Identify customer needs and tailor innovative business solutions like copiers, printers, and imaging software Develop and execute territory growth strategies, turning prospects into long-term customers Build meaningful relationships with prospects and internal teams Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that win business Use CRM tools to plan and manage your scheduled meetings and follow-ups Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to drive company growth

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of successful sales experience, especially in B2B or tech-related sales
  • Confidence in cold calling and lead generation
  • Strong communication, persistence, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and cultivate new opportunities
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and goal-oriented approach
  • Willingness to travel locally around Minneapolis
