Requirements

  • 5+ years experience selling IT or UCaaS/CCaaS solutions in full-cycle, complex sales
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles with enterprise and mid-market buyers
  • Proven track record of closing new business and hitting quota
  • Strong outbound skills and pipeline creation capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with executive audiences
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with exceptional time and priority management
  • Strong familiarity with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and sales tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal to close
  • Execute a structured, self-directed prospecting plan focused on ZIRO’s ICP and verticals
  • Actively generate pipeline through outbound efforts (LinkedIn, email, phone)
  • Develop strategic relationships with senior stakeholders (Director to CIO)
  • Collaborate with SEs and technical teams to tailor solutions and improve win rates
  • Manage RFIs and RFPs with precision, ensuring accurate representation of capabilities
  • Negotiate key agreements (NDAs, MSAs, etc.) with attention to detail
  • Own pipeline hygiene: keep HubSpot accurate and up-to-date at all times
  • Review pipeline regularly to advance deals, identify at-risk opportunities, and manage forecasts
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to support seamless delivery post-sale
  • Close net-new and expansion business
  • Own the full sales process from start to signature
  • Build and maintain a healthy, high-velocity pipeline
  • Leverage our ecosystem (Microsoft, marketing, partners) to expand reach
  • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge
  • Operate with consistency, discipline, and urgency
