About The Position

The Account Executive (AE), is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of consumer promotions and national incentives. This role serves as the strategic and operational lead, partnering with internal teams, suppliers, and cross-functional groups to deliver best-in-class promotional programs that drive business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, promotions, or project management (CPG or agency experience a plus).
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency with marketing systems and data tools (Excel required).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel. Above average proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Typing skills should be a minimum of 55 wpm
  • Excellent prioritization, time management and oral & written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of consumer promotions and incentive programs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between suppliers, agencies, and internal teams, acting as the single point of contact for all program matters.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to develop consumer-first strategies and innovative approaches across channels and tactics.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of incentive strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage all project data, timelines, and reporting in internal systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Develop and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
  • Routinely perform audits and maintain documentation for all program activities.
  • Lead kick-off calls, status meetings, and recaps with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Manage approvals, contracts, and purchase requisitions for all suppliers.
  • Facilitate asset delivery, artwork routing, and coupon management (print and digital) in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by preparing and delivering regular reports on program performance and cost analysis.
  • Identify and track cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Capture and share best practices, critical learnings, and innovation opportunities with the team.
  • Drive operational excellence and promotion execution innovation.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
  • Proactively share insights and recommendations to enhance program performance.
