About The Position

Avalon is growing its sales team and looking for an Account Executive to help expand our relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments. This role focuses on developing and closing new business opportunities while building long-term client relationships. You will sell services across the litigation lifecycle, including eDiscovery, managed document review, legal staffing, and litigation support, working alongside experienced sales and operations teams. This is an opportunity to continue building your career in legal services sales while contributing to a growing national platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in legal services, including eDiscovery, litigation support, managed review, or legal staffing
  • Experience working with law firms or corporate legal departments
  • Ability to manage deals and move opportunities through the sales process
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Motivated to grow within a performance-driven sales environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities with law firms and corporate legal departments
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
  • Present Avalon’s services and solutions in a clear and credible way
  • Build relationships with legal, operations, and compliance stakeholders
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver successful client outcomes
