About The Position

As an Account Executive at Bushel, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring high standards of quality sales practices with clients and the Bushel sales team. Your role involves leading sales prospecting efforts through cold calling, email, and site visits, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer success. You will work closely with the sales team, Bushel product owner, project managers, developers, design, and mobile strategy departments. The ideal candidate is a naturally appointed leader, passionate about ag tech, and relentlessly seeks ways for technology to improve agriculture. You should be energetic, able to sell products passionately, and communicate eloquently and persuasively with customers and internal teams. The Bushel sales team emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and goal climbing. Successful Account Executives are continuous learners who stay hungry for industry knowledge and best sales practices.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • 7+ years of demonstrated sales experience
  • Strong software knowledge with an Ag background

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales prospecting efforts through cold calling, email, and site visits
  • Qualify prospects and collaborate with other Account Executives on set meetings to close deals
  • Update customer records in CRM
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Communicate improvement ideas, needs, and/or concerns
  • Provide product demos to prospects and build presentations
  • Identify additional opportunity with accounts
  • Coach and mentor other sales members
  • Identify strategic relationships
  • Other duties as assigned
