About The Position

C.C. Creations, one of the fastest-growing branded merchandise companies in the U.S., is looking for a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our team in Bryan College Station, TX. As an Account Executive, you'll be at the heart of our success, driving new customer acquisition, growing existing accounts, and using your creativity to help clients design truly unique and memorable branded merchandise. Your ability to build strong relationships through consultative selling will be key to your success. Whether it’s a custom concert t-shirt for a band, branded swag for a university, logo’d safety gear for a construction company, or back of the house uniforms for a high-end restaurant, you'll work closely with clients to create products that leave a lasting impression. In this role, you'll become a product expert across our five key divisions: Screen Printing, Embroidery, Promotional Products, Signs & Banners, and Trophies & Awards.

Requirements

• Customer-Centric Attitude: You’ll focus on building lasting relationships with a wide variety of clients, offering creative solutions to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
• Creative Problem Solver: You’ll learn to pivot and be nimble to help your customers achieve event dates, arrange logistics for cross-country tours, and work within confined customer budgets to maximize their ROI.
• Strong Drive and Determination: This is a fast-paced sales environment with unlimited earning potential. You should be motivated to succeed, meet goals, and push boundaries.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You’ll be consulting with clients, creating proposals, and presenting ideas. The ability to listen, understand needs, and articulate solutions is key.
• Collaborative and Team-Oriented: You’ll work closely with our production teams, marketing staff, and other departments to ensure your clients’ projects are executed seamlessly.
• A bachelor’s degree or High school diploma with 5+ years of outside sales experience
• 2+ years of previous sales experience or similarly related experience involving person-to-person interactions.
• Residency in, and familiarity with the Bryan/College Station Area
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Outlook and Excel)
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal skills
• The ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Be Creative: Work with clients to brainstorm, design, and create custom merchandise—from concert t-shirts to corporate giveaways to university swag—that will resonate with their audience.
• Expand Your Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our diverse product offerings and consult with customers to recommend the best solutions that align with their objectives.
• Provide Exceptional Service: You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their orders from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring they are thrilled with the outcome.
• Problem Solve: With a range of clients and products, every project brings new challenges. Your creativity and resourcefulness will help you find solutions and deliver products that exceed expectations.
