We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join the Tricentis sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across your territory. You’ll manage complex sales cycles, build trusted relationships with enterprise customers, and deliver accurate forecasting to help drive Tricentis’ continued growth.   • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close.
  • Accurately forecast and manage pipeline, ensuring visibility into key metrics and consistent attainment of quarterly and annual targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Tricentis’ testing and automation solutions and how they drive business value for enterprise clients.
  • Partner closely with Pre-Sales, Customer Growth, and Marketing to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Engage with C-level and technical stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.
  • Contribute feedback and insights to help shape Tricentis’ go-to-market strategy and customer engagement approach.
  • Drive growth! Seek out feedback, learn, and grow, contributing to the ongoing development of yourself and the team locally and globally.
  • 3+ years experience in software sales, with 1+ year of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven success in consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a solution-oriented, complex sales environment.
  • Working knowledge of forecasting and pipeline management skills — you know how to build, maintain, and accurately predict revenue outcomes.
  • Demonstrable curiosity and the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Experience leveraging CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Outreach).
  • Coachable: You show self awareness and growth mindset by seeking feedback and continually refining your approach.
  • Gritty: You persevere through challenges, adapt quickly, and maintain focus and motivation under pressure.
