About The Position

In this hunter-closer role, you will focus on generating new business leads and booking product demonstrations. This role involves quickly progressing from a focus on new business generation to managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, possesses an exceptional ability to generate qualified leads, and is passionate about demonstrating the value of our modern SaaS platform to prospective customers. This is an on-site position (Monday–Friday) with expected travel of 10-20% per month. The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $120k-$150k OTE (on-target earnings), with a base salary range of $55,000-$70,000.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a full-cycle B2B SaaS sales role, with a clear focus on new business acquisition (hunting).
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proven ability to conduct effective discovery calls, product demonstrations, and manage complex negotiations with C-level and senior management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, persuasive, and results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions into the healthcare, logistics, or fleet management industries.
  • Familiarity with the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) market or healthcare payer/provider systems.
  • Experience scaling sales in a high-growth, private capital-backed technology company.

Responsibilities

  • New Business Generation: Aggressively prospect, qualify, and develop robust pipelines.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Own and manage the entire sales process from lead to close, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Solution Selling: Become a subject matter expert in the RouteGenie platform and the NEMT industry, delivering compelling product demonstrations that clearly articulate our value proposition and ROI.
  • Strategic Negotiation: Develop and execute sales strategies for target accounts, negotiating terms, and closing deals that align with company profitability goals.
  • CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and pipeline forecasts in our CRM.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams to provide market feedback and ensure a smooth customer transition post-sale.
