About the role Every has experienced tremendous growth and adoption, tripling revenue YoY and onboarding over 1,000 customers. With $32M in funding, we are ranked by Fast Company as one of the most innovative companies. Ready for our next stage of growth, we're building our sales team and are looking for a talented Account Executive! This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the first, full sales cycle roles we hire. You will be responsible for generating new pipeline, both from outbound prospecting and handling inbound demand. We already receive a lot of leads from customer referrals, a maturing demand gen function, and deep-rooted partnerships with major accelerators/incubators. You will also be responsible for driving deals to a close through a highly consultative approach. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales. Our current ICP is early-stage founders of tech companies (pre-seed through Series A). We’ve done well in this space, and are looking to go to other non-tech industries for a massive TAM. Current, noteworthy sales metrics: Average contract value - approximately $10,000 Average deal cycle - less than 2 months
