About The Position

We are looking for a driven and strategic Account Executive to own and expand new business opportunities across messaging, voice, and email solutions. This role focuses on full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing, targeting mid-market and enterprise companies. You will engage with customers to understand their technical and business needs, design tailored solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, has deep CPaaS knowledge, and can translate customer insights into measurable revenue outcomes. You will manage a quota, forecast pipeline, and act as the voice of the customer to inform product and market strategy. This position offers high visibility and impact in driving growth across multiple industries.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least 3 years in quantitative, technical solutions or SaaS sales.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting, greenfield account development, and executing territory penetration strategies.
  • Strong technical solutions selling skills with the ability to engage both business and technical leaders.
  • Proven track record of managing forecasts, financial models, and delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in telecom, CPaaS, SaaS, or highly quantitative industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new customer acquisition and achieve assigned quota for incremental account contract value.
  • Manage consultative sales cycles, providing tailored solutions for messaging, voice, and email products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, legal, and operations teams to design mutually beneficial contracts.
  • Develop long-range territory strategies and execute data-driven account plans.
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasts while tracking sales metrics.
  • Serve as a customer advocate, sharing insights with product and carrier relations teams.
