This involves understanding customer needs early, nurturing prospects, and qualifying opportunities effectively to ensure investment in high-probability deals. Success in this role requires disciplined planning for each opportunity and managing objections and feedback in a repeatable, coachable manner. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation to work with colleagues in a local hub on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.
