About The Position

AOM Infusion is a leading provider of home and specialty infusion therapy, dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across the communities we serve. The position of Account Executive plays a visible and influential role as the company continues to grow. The Account Executive is a self-directed marketing professional who has excellent interpersonal skills and can successfully promote the Company’s services, so referral sources consistently choose AOM Infusion (AOM) over competing companies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business or marketing preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3 years medical sales experience.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated excellence with presentation skills.
  • Proficient with computers using standard Microsoft Office products.

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing experience in the sales and service of home infusion services, home care or specialty injectables is highly desirable.
  • Successful marketing experience and a clinical degree is also highly desirable.
  • Ability to work as a team with marketing, clinical and reimbursement personnel to achieve patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Creating an overall marketing plan that follows and supports the Company’s sales objectives.
  • Using a marketing plan to guide daily activities and achieve quota and budget goals.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between branch personnel and referral sources during the patient intake process.
  • Managing all administrative forms and communications required during patient intake process.
  • Participating in quality assurance processes through reviews, meetings, reports and observation of results.
  • Providing feedback to management regarding sales issues, and referral source or patient complaints.
  • Attending training classes and complete sales assignments as required.
  • Attending industry and patient support meetings.
