The company is led by a founder who previously served as CEO of a business that exited for $150M+ , bringing deep operating experience and a strong track record of building and scaling in high-growth environments. The team is currently around nine people and is growing quickly following a recent seed round. Monk is hiring an Account Executive to help build the commercial engine at a critical stage of growth. This is an opportunity to join early, work directly with the founder and leadership team, and play a meaningful role in shaping how Monk wins customers and scales revenue. For the right person, this is much more than a standard AE seat — it is a chance to have real influence on messaging, process, and the overall go-to-market motion. You’ll step into an environment that already has strong outbound infrastructure, active founder-led selling, and growing market demand, while taking ownership of pipeline conversion, customer conversations, and revenue generation. This role is ideal for someone who wants to operate with high autonomy, move quickly, and grow alongside the business as the sales org takes shape.
