About The Position

The Account Executive will be responsible for developing new business while growing and maintaining current accounts by selling BR, selling in initiatives, executing joint business plans, promoting education and hosting events within their region. The AE will build and cultivate strong client relationships while providing exceptional customer service. This is a remote-based Full-Time field position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications or related subject matter expertise
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the CPG industry, high end luxury a plus
  • 3+ years in the beauty industry, specifically skincare
  • Current Driver’s License and automobile reflective of the brand’s standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client relations and customer service, with a proven track record of creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), including the ability to present to stakeholders and create concise and compelling content
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Must be willing to travel 30% of the time and have the ability to stay overnight in Company approved accommodations. Flexibility for occasional weekend trips.
  • Extensive knowledge on the beauty industry and trends; maintaining research and knowledge on current events, publications, and trainings
  • Prior experience and proficiency in various computer programs, and applications, including the Microsoft Suite, Gsuite, and Salesforce; strong skills in powerpoint and excel a plus
  • Must be located in Tri-State NE Area

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targeted sales goals as well as new product launch sales goals.
  • Prospect new business development opportunities, particularly within assigned territory
  • Elevate the brand by ensuring compliance of merchandising, promotional, online and communication guidelines within wholesale partners.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with key accounts, including sales targets, education cadence, retail strategy and marketing initiatives.
  • Consult, recommend, and sell BR product lines.
  • Ensure meeting budget targets.
  • Develop, onboard and manage new and existing business and services within all channels points of distribution, including spas, medi-spas, and resorts.
  • Cultivate and build relationships with accounts/ conduct daily calls to clients ensuring the highest level of customer service is upheld.
  • Regularly touch base with clients, including in-person meetings and digital meetings/support as needed.
  • In conjunction with the Education department, ensure education training plans are in place for accounts.
  • Ensure accounts teams are properly trained and aligned with brand treatment protocols and retail best practices.
  • Help coordinate and participate in all seminars and workshops.
  • Answer customers’ questions and resolve concerns and issues professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Brand’s product offerings / understand the features and benefits of each product in the line.
  • Overcome technical and business objections of current and prospective customers
  • Understand the customers’ existing non-Company product lines and suggest comparable products and alternatives.
  • Organize client events in collaboration with the marketing department and provide on-site support and follow-up.
  • Manage administrative work and reporting for assigned accounts and within the department. preparing sales orders as needed.
