Electronic Security Systems powered by LaForce has an opportunity for an Account Executive in our Houston, TX location. This role owns the entire sales journey—from prospecting and closing new business to nurturing accounts and growing partnerships over time. Your main focus will be selling commercial card access control systems, video surveillance, and other electronic security products and services to customers. You’ll work with innovative products from top vendors like Brivo, Eagle Eye, Open Path and more. At LaForce Electronic Security Systems we provide security solutions for both large and small businesses across various sectors, including healthcare, public buildings, K-12 education and commercial construction. We have a dedicated team that understands the intricacies of different industries and prioritizes safety and security. Requirements

  • Qualifications for this role typically require a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Technology and 1-3 years of outside sales experience although candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in security, video surveillance, cloud-based sales, or SaaS is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of military experience is considered as a substitute for relevant sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Actively seeking new opportunities while establishing and building relationships with existing accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through close.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering solutions.
  • Serve as a technical resource for customers, delivering exceptional service.
  • Understand product features and applications by collaborating with vendors.
  • Meet or exceed annual revenue goals and objectives.
