About The Position

GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to fuel new client acquisition and expand our footprint within the RCM sphere. This role blends strategic business development with consultative selling, offering the opportunity to make a measurable impact across healthcare organizations and agencies. Requirements

  • Proven experience (2 years) recruiting for healthcare RCM functions in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Sourced, screened, and placed candidates for positions such as Medical Coders (ICD-10/CPT), Billing Specialists and AR Follow-Up Representatives.
  • Partnered with clients to understand RCM workflows, compliance requirements, and role-specific skill sets, ensuring high-quality candidate matches.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed goals
  • Coachable and eager to learn, with a “thirst for knowledge”
  • Highly accountable with a focus on performance metrics
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Strategy Identify and source new prospects
  • Build and execute territory plans to maximize coverage and opportunity generation
  • Engage decision-makers across healthcare ecosystems to uncover and qualify opportunities
  • Client Engagement & Solution Selling Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and challenges
  • Develop tailored proposals showcasing innovative, value-driven solutions
  • Articulate service offerings with clarity, demonstrating measurable business impact
  • Collaborate with clients to solve workforce and operational challenges creatively
  • Relationship Management Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Ensure successful delivery of services and client satisfaction
