About The Position

A growing recruitment software company is hiring a driven Account Executive to expand its footprint across the US market. The business provides Applicant Tracking System (ATS) solutions used by well-known brands, helping companies attract, engage, and hire more effectively. With a strong product and proven success in the UK, the focus is now on scaling new customer acquisition in the US. This is a full-cycle, outbound sales role . You'll be responsible for building pipeline, running deals end-to-end, and closing new business. This role suits someone who's comfortable creating their own opportunities, thrives in a target-driven environment, and wants clear ownership over revenue.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or New Business Sales Rep in SaaS
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Strong outbound prospecting experience (this is not inbound-led)
  • Experience managing full sales cycles
  • Confident communicator with strong commercial instincts

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling ATS, HR tech, or recruitment software
  • Experience selling into HR / Talent / People teams
  • Familiarity with the US mid-market or enterprise landscape

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, video)
  • Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close
  • Target and engage decision-makers across HR, Talent, and Recruitment teams
  • Run discovery calls to understand hiring challenges and position the solution
  • Deliver tailored product demos
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Accurately track activity and deals within the CRM
  • Negotiate and close contracts in line with revenue targets
  • Collaborate with leadership on messaging, ICP, and outbound strategy
  • Stay informed on recruitment tech trends and the competitive landscape
