About The Position

We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our US Point of Sale team. You’ll be responsible for driving new business, managing the sales cycle from prospect to close, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for merchants adopting Wix’s omnichannel POS solution. On a day-to-day basis you will: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Wix POS in the North American market. Conduct product demos and discovery calls to understand merchant needs and showcase Wix’s omnichannel capabilities. Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation through negotiation to closed deals Work closely with our Product, Marketing, and Customer Care teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and be the true voice of the customer Work closely with onboarding specialists to ensure a seamless transition from sale to activation. Stay on top of retail trends, payment technologies, and competitor offerings. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in SaaS Sales, with a preference for a Point of Sale or payments background
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A hunter's mentality and have a successful track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals and client-focused KPIs.
  • Excellent project management and organization skills that will allow you to manage a large pipeline and client buying journeys
  • You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity, thrive in an ever-changing environment, and want to be a part of helping to write the playbook instead of sitting back and executing
  • At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates or candidates who can commute to our office in New York City.
  • Our employees work in a flexible hybrid model and are expected to be in the office 3 times per week.

Responsibilities
