About The Position

As an Account Executive for Enterprise Accounts in the Healthcare Vertical with Gallagher Benefit Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering tailored benefits and organizational wellbeing solutions to large healthcare organizations. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding the unique challenges of the healthcare industry, and providing innovative strategies to meet their needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, exceptional financial acumen, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

Requirements

  • License required.
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, or consulting, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, operational challenges, and risk exposures.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex client needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders in enterprise healthcare organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' business goals, challenges, and risk management needs.
  • Strategy/ Solution Delivery:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to put together and present on tailored reporting and analysis.
  • Oversee the implementation of and ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions with the support of our client management and data and analytics teams.
  • Industry Expertise:
  • Stay informed about trends, regulations, and emerging risks in the healthcare industry.
  • Provide thought leadership and insights to clients, positioning Gallagher as a leader in the healthcare vertical.
  • Work closely with Gallagher’s regional and national teams to leverage resources and expertise.
