About The Position

This is an outside sales role focused on consistent customer engagement, thoughtful solutions, and profitable growth.

Requirements

  • Outside sales experience (food service or hospitality preferred)
  • Restaurant management and/or culinary experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and margin goals within your territory
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular in-person visits
  • Open new accounts and expand existing ones
  • Use CRM tools and sales data to manage pricing, product mix, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong service and execution
