We are seeking a sales-driven, consultative Account Executive with strong experience selling complex, end-to-end solutions to retail customers and distribution partners. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding strategic relationships by delivering integrated SaaS, hardware, and services solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep retail industry knowledge, thrives in complex sales environments, and excels at building long-term customer partnerships.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of successful experience in enterprise or strategic sales
  • Proven experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in retail technology environments such as store systems and point-of-sale (POS)
  • Strong background in the retail industry, with experience supporting large, multi-location customers
  • Sales-driven, highly motivated professional with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and influence stakeholders at all levels

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with convenience stores, fuel, and branded / major oils highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets through solution expansion and organic account growth
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer business objectives and NCR’s solution portfolio
  • Establish and enhance new and existing distribution partners in the convenience and fuel marketplace
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, positioning NCR as a strategic partner to address customer challenges
  • Build strong relationships across customer organizations, including IT, operations, marketing, and vendor management
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, forecasting, contract negotiations, and solution deployment
  • Coordinate internal teams and leverage NCR resources to deliver successful customer outcomes
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout pre- and post-sales engagements
  • Travel frequently primarily within the Western U.S. to support customer meetings, on-site engagements, and business development activities
