This position focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving new business, and delivering solutions. It offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, with additional bonus opportunities for top performers. The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $100,000+ annually, with no ceiling on earning potential.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and solve problems independently.
  • A team-oriented mindset with ownership of work performed.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and deliver clear, compelling solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid state driver’s license required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Previous sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert during customer interactions.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to position and present services to customers.
  • Develop new business through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Manage leads from marketing efforts and convert them into closed sales.
  • Build additional opportunities within existing accounts through Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Develop and deliver professional proposals and quotes for clients.
  • Achieve activity goals, including cold calls, appointments, and proposals.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota.
  • Participate in sales blitzes and company-wide initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
