Requirements

  • Track Record of Success: Proven experience as a top performer in technology sales with a history of exceeding quotas and landing new business.
  • Hunter Mentality: You are self-motivated, relentless in pursuit of new opportunities, and thrive on opening doors and closing deals.
  • Sales Expertise: Expertise in full-cycle B2B sales, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills to influence decision-makers.
  • Problem Solver: Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to identify pain points and craft tailored solutions.
  • Drive and Resilience: A high-achiever’s mindset with the ability to handle rejection and keep moving forward.
  • At least 2-5 years as a successful account executive.

  • Industry Knowledge: Relationships in the enterprise networking or tech environment are highly preferred.
  • Team Player: While fiercely competitive, you know how to collaborate and leverage internal resources to win big.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt New Business: Identify, prospect, and land new enterprise accounts, consistently growing Join’s presence in the market.
  • Expand Revenue: Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue within existing accounts, leveraging relationships and delivering unmatched value.
  • Lead the Charge: Schedule, facilitate, and lead impactful client meetings to uncover opportunities and close deals.
  • Strategic Selling: Analyze client needs, design tailored solutions, and deliver compelling proposals that solve critical problems.
  • Close the Deal: Negotiate and finalize contracts, securing win-win agreements with enterprise clients.
  • Exceed Targets: Achieve and surpass aggressive revenue and gross profit sales objectives.
  • Stay Cutting Edge: Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to maintain a sharp competitive edge.
