We’re seeking a driven and high -energy Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle — from initial engagement all the way to closing deals — build relationships with prospective and existing clients, and contribute directly to Monaire’s revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Identify and qualify new leads via research, networking, outreach (cold calls, emails, etc.) and inbound interest.
  • Reach out to potential clients, set up discovery calls and demos, and manage lead pipeline.
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations or product/service demos tailored to client needs.
  • Create and deliver customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals/contracts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients — build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Understand clients’ business needs, objectives, and constraints; propose solutions that align with those needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, customer success, marketing, support) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM or internal systems.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on pipeline status, closed deals, forecasted revenue, and account performance.
  • Keep up -to -date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs to effectively position Monaire’s value proposition.
  • Provide feedback to leadership and product teams based on market insights and client feedback to help shape product roadmap or sales strategy.
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts for upsell/cross -sell; nurture long -term partnerships.
  • Participate in or represent Monaire at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions as needed to build pipeline and brand awareness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven track record in sales or account management (B2B/SaaS experience preferred, depending on Monaire’s domain).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present clearly and build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation, problem -solving, and interpersonal skills; comfortable with contract negotiation and deal closing.
  • Highly organized, self -driven, with strong time -management skills; able to manage multiple leads/accounts concurrently.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and basic sales tools; ability to adapt to internal systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross -functional teams in a fast -paced startup/scale -up environment.
  • Prior experience in selling software to Retail and/or Restaurant verticals
  • Experience in SaaS sales and familiarity with subscription -based sales cycles.
  • Understanding of IoT and AI tech.
  • Demonstrated history of upselling or account expansion.
