About The Position

We partner with the world’s leading retailers, eCommerce firms, and fulfillment centers to deliver parcels to over 50% of the country in under two days. We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team, focused on growing and strengthening our relationships with existing accounts. In this role, you’ll identify new revenue opportunities, deepen client engagement, and ensure our solutions deliver exceptional value for our customers. Successful candidates bring a positive attitude, high energy, and curiosity to the role, combined with strong account leadership, strategic thinking, and an innate drive to excel. Above all else, we’re looking for results-driven leaders on our sales and account teams to help push the firm to its next level of growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B account management, sales, or business development, preferably in logistics, transportation, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving growth within existing accounts.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and act on growth opportunities.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement account growth strategies to expand revenue within existing client relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building trust and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Identify growth opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning them with Better Trucks’ growing network.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless delivery of services.
  • Analyze account performance and market trends to develop tailored recommendations for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales materials to drive growth initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed account plans and accurate forecasting in the CRM system.
