Position Summary: We’re seeking a passionate, creative, and persuasive sales professional with experiences in total solution sales and forming tight customer partnerships. The primary objective of this position is to drive solution opportunities and continually enhance the breadth and depth of relationships with one of NCR Voyix’s premier strategic customer partners. If you have experience creating highly complex software, hardware, and consulting solutions for large accounts, have a history of success developing an opportunity funnel, influencing decisions, and selling across multiple offices, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage relationships with assigned owner/operator accounts within a defined region
  • Drive new store opening (NSO) orders for large enterprise customers within the assigned territory
  • Lead and manage customer project orders tied to regional deployment initiatives
  • Conduct monthly field office visits within assigned region
  • Gather and share feedback from field visits to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Partner with collections team to resolve accounts receivable issues for assigned accounts
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all NCR Voyix related account needs, issues, and escalations
  • Proactively prospect and engage non-NCR Voyix owner/operators to generate new store openings, projects, and service businesses
  • Align on monthly and quarterly forecasts based on committed business
  • Collaborate with Marketing on communication and campaign strategies informed by field insights and internal initiatives
  • Participate in weekly internal team meetings
