We are headquartered in Austin, TX. The Role We’re a seed-stage company with a focused product and engineering team looking to hire our first salespeople. We’re lucky enough to be backed by a phenomenal group of investors who've afforded us years of runway, 15+ advisors who are thought leaders in the industry, and an existing active customer base that loves and advocates for Prospyr. Account Executives are responsible for leading the entire sales process. Our prospective clients will rely on you to be consultative and map Prospyr’s solutions to their business needs. As one of the earliest members of the business team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing the evaluation, forecasting deals accurately, and hitting monthly revenue targets. Given the youth of our organization, you'll have tens of thousands of possible accounts early on and commission percentages that are exceedingly rare. You'll help build our go-to-market function, empower our clients to maximize the value that Prospyr can provide, and help define the culture of our Sales team.
