About The Position

INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency, is seeking an Account Executive to join our Hyundai Retail team! We are a hybrid workplace, currently x3 days week in-office. Local candidates only please. Our ideal candidate has 3 years experience in a full-service ad agency. The Account Executive position requires the ability to effectively manage projects from start to finish, while demonstrating the ability to organize workload and workflow through coordination of agency activities and client contact. The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day execution of programs and/or projects associated with the Hyundai accounts, and ensuring that work is on strategy, on time and within budget. Primary Focus: Executional and internal coordination support

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a full-service ad agency
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong time management, organizational and project management skills, as well as the ability to balance multiple assignments and set priorities.
  • Must be computer proficient with working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of automotive regional and/or dealership operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and adheres to client project or deliverable-specific schedules (including building and maintaining Smartsheet schedules)
  • Create project Assignment Summaries
  • Support Director and Supervisor with day-to-day client presentation and engagement responsibilities
  • Manage and route internal and external feedback (copy decks, legal, CSP, etc.)
  • Package and share creative working files
  • Schedule and support dialogue for internal meetings, including status meetings, briefings, creative check-ins and reviews, and other process-mandated milestones
  • Responsible for coordination and delivery of project-specific documentation including competitive boards, imagery requests, delivery file name confirmation, etc.
  • Support client meetings and engagement, as needed, including meeting scheduling, note-taking, etc.
  • Oversee project-wide file organization
  • Manages process, routing and delivery for tasks including asset management/metadata
  • Support a variety of project-based requests including opening job numbers, etc.
  • QA and track project assets
  • Keeps work moving through the system cleanly and predictably (specific assets)
