About The Position

We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive (AE) to drive new customer acquisition and expansion. The AE will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and work cross-functionally with leadership, solutions engineering, and customer success to ensure strategic alignment with enterprise data teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical B2B sales, preferably SaaS, data, cloud, or infrastructure tools
  • Driven, coachable, and resourceful
  • Excellent communicator, articulate, persuasive, and capable of engaging senior stakeholders with confidence
  • Relentless execution mindset, self-starter, but asks for help when needed
  • Competitive DNA
  • Technically curious, not afraid of learning a complex product
  • Collaborative and positive
  • Ability to work non-standard hours and get stuff done
  • Must be able to be at our Carlsbad office at least 3 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to contract execution.
  • Engage and consult with C-level, VP, and Director-level stakeholders within enterprise data teams.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to lead technical deep dives and demos.
  • Strategically partner with Databricks, Snowflake, and other cloud ecosystem leaders.

  • Compensation Range: OTE of $270K - $300K - base salary range $135K - $150K
