We are currently hiring an Account Executive to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved! This role is a territory-based role that requires the candidate to live within a specific zip code region of Salt Lake City, Utah. With your broad strategic expertise, you will plan, develop, and implement highly effective sales, marketing and operational strategies, solutions, and initiatives to drive market share and sell-through for our clients. YOU ARE: A high-powered sales professional with extensive experience exceeding quota and impacting growth with an organization. In this role you will act as a brand ambassador for the Company; fostering relationships with our regional retailer personnel in order to help drive sales as well as meeting with territory, market, and district leaders to review financial results with regard to product usage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' managing a national footprinted account
  • 4+ years’ Sales Management experience (remote team experience preferred)
  • 3+ years’ retail/account management experience to be considered
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the revenue growth of assigned territory
  • Responsible for retail partner relationship
  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly business plans; drive measurable results for Progressive Leasing
  • Understand and anticipating the needs of the customer; strategically planning and addressing those needs in a manner that is appropriate for the customer and Progressive
  • Serve as a critical point of contact for the business owner; establish relationships of trust within assigned accounts – builds trust over time by executing flawlessly for the customer and for Progressive Leasing
  • Acts as the lead for all internal retailer support organizations – must be able to have a working knowledge of various business segments; marketing, ecommerce, operations, finance, training, account management, legal, and IT
  • Other duties as needed
  • Up to 10% travel required
