About The Position

Cybrid is building a new way for businesses to move money, addressing the slow, expensive, and legacy infrastructure of international payments. Their mission is to make it effortless for businesses and consumers to use stablecoins and digital assets by providing simple APIs that allow fintechs, banks, and enterprises to instantly plug into stablecoin infrastructure. The platform handles security, compliance, and banking connections, enabling global money movement in minutes. Cybrid is a fast-growing company led by experienced founders, recently raising a $10M Series A, and already facilitating payments in over 150 countries at a fraction of traditional costs. They operate with principles such as empowering customers, innovating with purpose, rising to challenges, delivering quality on time, acting with integrity, and debating, deciding, and executing. The company is seeking a high-energy, technically-minded, and Spanish-speaking Account Executive to drive the adoption of their B2B payment and remittance infrastructure. This role involves being the face of Cybrid for North American startups and SMBs, and providing strategic support on complex Enterprise deals, focusing on helping founders and product teams re-architect how they move money globally and adopt stablecoins.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B Sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Fintech, Payments, or API-first infrastructure.
  • Spanish Fluency: Professional fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) to support customers across North America and Latin America.
  • Technical Fluency: You don’t need to code, but you must be comfortable explaining how APIs work and how money moves through different banking rails and how companies use our infrastructure to adopt stablecoins.
  • The "Startup Mindset": You’re a self-starter, highly disciplined in following your sales method and structuring your pipeline. and thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building your own playbook rather than just following one.
  • Proven Closer: A track record of hitting and exceeding quotas in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with stablecoins, USDC, or blockchain-based payments.
  • A pre-existing network within the North American SMB/Fintech ecosystem.
  • Previous experience in a Series A or B startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for startups and mid-market fintechs.
  • Consultative Selling: Navigate complex conversations around API integration, ledger infrastructure, and cross-border remittance and B2B payments.
  • Outbound Strategy: Identify high-potential prospects and help execute creative ABM campaigns to win high volume deals.
  • Enterprise Support: Collaborate with leadership on high-value Enterprise accounts, managing stakeholders across product, legal, and finance.
  • Cross-Functional Feedback: Act as the "voice of the customer" for our Product and Engineering teams to help shape our North American roadmap.
  • Market Education: Simplify complex stablecoin-fiat payment rails into clear value propositions for traditional B2B and remittance companies.
