About The Position

The Account Executive will support the Sales & Operations teams by growing and managing new customer sales within an assigned area. This position involves pursuing sales leads, visiting customer sites within an assigned area, and executing sales that will then transition to an account manager for ongoing maintenance and service. The role requires communicating the value proposition of Repairify technology and services to potential customers, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of customer operations, and determining product solutions based on technical knowledge and previous customer interactions. The Account Executive will develop customer relationships from the user level to managers and owners of automotive repairers, build rapport, and offer solutions to customer issues. They are responsible for developing and implementing a customer contact plan to achieve sales quotas, communicating customer business issues internally, and collaborating with other Repairify teams to identify workflow improvements and sales opportunities. The position requires meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, gaining a thorough understanding of the business model, serving as a liaison between customers and the organization, and working with Operations Managers to provide stellar customer service. Additionally, the Account Executive will generate new revenue by targeting prospect accounts, document all activities in salesforce.com, and demonstrate resilience, professionalism, and the ability to identify customer needs, set clear expectations, and provide guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with motivation to be the best in a Team environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communications, listening and negotiation skills
  • Must be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for flying to or driving to various customer locations within the assigned geographic area
  • Reach out to prospective locations through in-person visits, phone calls, and other communication methods to conduct a consultative sales process, secure new business at a high conversion rate, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Communicates the value proposition of Repairify technology and services to potential customers
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s operations to facilitate their success using Repairify technology and services
  • Determine product solutions based upon technical knowledge and previous customer interactions
  • Develops customer relationships from the User level to the manager and Owner of automotive repairers
  • Develop relationships with target customers, learn their potential business needs, and determine the services or products that the customer is most likely to purchase
  • Build customer rapport by probing, listening and offering solutions that resolve customer issues
  • Develop and implement a customer contact plan to achieve sales quota
  • Communicate and report customer business issues internally within Repairify to educate and inform management
  • Collaborate with other Repairify teams to identify workflow improvements and sales opportunities
