Role Overview Envision Horizons is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Account Executive, New Business to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to close, and contributing directly to the growth of Envision Horizons. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound outreach, takes ownership of results, and is energized by connecting with potential clients to create new partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales or account executive experience, preferably within e-commerce, Amazon, or marketing agency environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals through outbound prospecting and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple prospects and maintaining momentum through the full sales cycle.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (ideally Pipedrive), Excel, and basic data analysis tools.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity about the evolving e-commerce landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound sales efforts — prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the e-commerce and Amazon marketing space.
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn to generate meetings with decision-makers.
  • Manage and track your pipeline in Pipedrive to measure performance, conversion rates, and progress toward targets.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that communicate Envision Horizons’ value and solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns and outreach strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from close to client onboarding.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position Envision Horizons as a top agency partner.
  • Represent Envision Horizons at industry events, webinars, and podcasts, helping position the brand as a thought leader.
  • Drive revenue growth by supporting contract strategy, service positioning, and negotiations in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify new channels, improve go-to-market strategies, and strengthen client relationships.
