Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be a critical part of our continued growth driving new account acquisition and managing growth and expansion within existing customers. We value passion for technology and sales, where you will successfully develop a complete understanding of business issues, provide solutions and solve problems. We collaborate with Solution Engineers, Channel Partners, Marketing, Business Development and Customer Success to ensure the highest quality of service is being provided exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate proven record of success in achieving sales goals and objectives
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Resilience, perseverance, and the ability to overcome objections
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with fortitude to build relationships at all organizational levels
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • 2+ years of work experience in sales, management, key account management or relevant experience
  • Degree / diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or relevant field experience
  • Highly organized and focused multitasker with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture a disciplined sales pipeline with a strong focus on the Value Selling Framework where you will own and lead the sales cycle from qualification to closing
  • Source and develop new business opportunities based on assigned territory in North America
  • Articulate and present the eSentire MDR vision and value proposition across a range of audiences through discovery calls and product presentations
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and pricing with a high degree of professionalism and quality
  • Work with cross-functional teams internally to ensure campaign success and growth of lead generation
  • Partner with Customer Success to expand relationships with existing customers with a focus on growth and profitability
