About The Position

Join a high-autonomy sales team of two as Rainforest moves upmarket into mid-market SaaS. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the full sales cycle, selling a technical product that replaces brittle test suites with AI. You'll navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals and help shape the company's evolving sales playbook. Requirements

  • Proven track record selling technical products specifically to engineering, IT, or DevOps personas at SaaS companies.
  • Strong "Challenger" mindset with the ability to push back on prospects, reframe technical problems, and lead conversations with rigor.
  • High-perseverance self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments and takes full ownership of their own pipeline and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial pipeline generation to closing mid-market deals with an average ACV of ~$30k.
  • Conduct technical demonstrations for Heads of Engineering and QA leads, discussing CI/CD integrations and development workflows with credibility.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO and engineering team to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees and technical hurdles.
