About The Position

We’re looking for an Account Executive to run the full commercial motion with clinical research sites. You’ll generate pipeline, run and close deals with new sites, and stay on as the primary commercial owner to grow those relationships over time. You’ll work directly with the founding team and be responsible for:

Requirements

  • You have 2–4+ years of experience in a closing role (AE or similar). Healthcare experience is a plus
  • You’ve run full-cycle deals with multiple stakeholders and moderate cycle times (3–6+ months), ideally with 6-figure ACVs
  • You’re comfortable selling into messy, operational environments and can talk with both executive leadership and front-line clinical staff
  • You are a hunter at heart and are excited by the opportunity to self-source your pipeline

Responsibilities

  • Owning the end-to-end sales cycle with sites: Source, qualify, and close new business with sites via both inbound and outbound. Take deals from first conversation to signed contract
  • Driving expansion within existing site customers: Grow ARR per logo by expanding to more trials and additional locations under the same site network
  • Building trusted relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with the customer stakeholders (both execs and clinicians), renew that customer, and cross-sell into that customer
