Join our Xplor Pay Field Integrated Solutions Team as an Account Executive (AE) to make a real impact every day. Reporting to the Director, Field Integrated Solutions (FIP), you will serve as the front lines of our organizational growth. Through persistence, resilience, and passion, our AEs drive business for the organization through follow-up and engaging with potential prospects, building relationships, and closing product sales. Focusing on all stages of the sales process from prospecting, through full discovery stage and performing virtual demonstrations of various software products. This role requires a minimal level of outbound prospecting while managing high-yielding inbound opportunities by collaborating with other AEs in the organization selling in specific vertical markets. You will be contacting potential customer leads, gathering data, and offering solutions through consultative sales methods while getting them ready to sign up with our solutions and processing.

  • Deliver tailored virtual demonstrations to prospects based on their specific needs and priorities
  • Think strategically and customize sales approach, leveraging existing assets, mapping to customer challenges
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and value propositions
  • Generate new business opportunities including prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiating and closing
  • Identify and validate sales opportunities and drive post-demo engagement to close business
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Product Managers, Sales Success and Marketing to enable them to support your efforts and vice-versa
  • Develop warm leads to start new conversations with prospects and schedule discovery calls to assess if there’s a fit between our offering and prospect needs
  • Develop relationships with new people through phone, email, professional networking and social media
  • Think creatively and systematically to identify possible improvements with our sales approach and present new ideas to try so we can continuously improve our processes and outcomes
  • Maintain deep market knowledge, staying current on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Consistently meet monthly booking number goals as assigned
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
  • 2 years of SaaS environment and/or related sales experience
  • 2 year experience working in Salesforce.com or other CRM experience
  • High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, the Internet, and Basic Math Skills
  • Proven track record of success in SaaS environment
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality, competitive drive, and strong organizational and time management skills
  • Skilled in prospecting, online research, and delivering virtual product demonstrations
  • Ability to organize tasks, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience being held to KPIs/Targets and overachieving on them
  • Have a strong interest in Fintech
  • Effective verbal skills to gain trust and interest of contacts via the phone
  • Coachable, eager and willingness to learn
