About The Position

This is an outbound, full life cycle sales position that will play an integral role in generating revenue for a new product line. You’ll be selling to owner-operator truck drivers and small businesses (SMBs) to help them save time and money on the road. Daily outbound calls to gain new customer business (60+ calls). You’ll own the entire sales process from prospecting and lead management, to qualification and closing. Our customers are quick to make decisions, so Account Executives need to be fast-thinking and able to convey our product value in concise and streamlined conversations. Responsible for using Salesforce, our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, to build strong relationships with drivers. Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure new customers are onboarded properly. Communicate customer feedback and process improvements to ensure the success of our new products. This position requires you to be in the office 3 days a week (hybrid environment).

Requirements

  • You have experience in an outbound, cold calling sales role. 60+ dials per day feels natural to you.
  • You prefer short sales cycles with multiple weekly wins rather than long-term monthly deals.
  • You are an excellent communicator. You answer questions succinctly and informatively. Your grammar and spelling are error-free.
  • You’re able to work onsite at our Cobb-Galleria office three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).

Nice To Haves

  • You have sold FinTech products or Freight (preferred, but not required).
