About The Position

Energy Transport Logistics is seeking a qualified and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by leveraging your strong understanding of the sales process—generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. You will be responsible for promoting our wide range of transportation services across our multiple terminals. Rate of Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 + commission, depending on experience Also includes full health, dental, vision, life benefits, 401k with company match, & participation in company PTO program.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional logistics and transportation experience in the LAX market
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain solutions and service offerings
  • Familiarity with industry terminology, market trends, and best practices in sales and customer service
  • Strong client-facing management and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively
  • Comprehensive understanding of the LAX air freight and ocean freight markets
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 23 years of age

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospects, schedule appointments, and close new business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by assessing client needs and following a structured sales process
