About The Position

Join Crawford & Company as an Account Executive, where you’ll strengthen key client relationships, drive account growth, and deliver seamless service across high‑visibility programs. Make an impact by managing renewals, optimizing service delivery, and uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand market share by delivering exceptional customer service and providing proactive, strategic account management across assigned clients.
  • Analyze, coordinate, and oversee all client service requirements, including claims handling, loss data management, cost‑containment initiatives, and support with billing and collections.
  • Lead contract renewal negotiations and ensure effective cross‑functional collaboration to meet client expectations and service standards.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities by promoting additional services to existing clients, supporting retention and expansion of high-visibility programs.
