Externally, this position is called Account Executive, but internally, it’s referred to as SOW, short for Share of Wallet—because the focus is on expanding existing customer relationships rather than pursuing a long list of new accounts. You will partner with current Encore customers to expand services, secure renewals, add new locations, and become their go-to resource for all things fire protection. These are not cold leads; you are stepping into established relationships where Encore has already proven our value. Your mission is to deepen that trust, uncover new opportunities, and keep the partnership moving forward year over year. Success in this role comes from connecting with customers. If you enjoy helping customers, asking good questions, and spotting opportunities where others see routine work, this role will feel like a strong fit.
