We are looking for an Account Executive to help scale Baselayer’s go-to-market motion and drive revenue growth. This role owns the full sales cycle and works closely with founders, product, and GTM leadership to refine positioning, messaging, and sales execution. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants meaningful ownership, fast growth, and the opportunity to help build a category-defining company from an early stage. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales.
