About The Position

As an Account Executive: Mid Market Non-profit at Belmar, your top priority is to drive the revenue goals of the company by positioning Belmar’s Salesforce implementation services as the best path to solving our customers’ business challenges. You will work with non-profit prospects and customers to develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. A large emphasis will be placed on building relationships with prospects, Salesforce.org Account executives, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers. Our ideal candidate communicates complex business challenges and solutions in a way our clients understand, easily develops business rapport with C-level contacts, and writes/produces clear and accurate Statements of Work. Our environment is primarily inside sales, and you will be owning your deals through all phases of the cycle. You will be primarily working with non-profit prospects, customers, Salesforce.org Account executives, and internal team members to provide a Salesforce solution based on requirements that have been gathered. The ideal candidate accomplishes this through a polished and professional presentation style including all oral and written communication.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Salesforce sales or selling Salesforce services
  • Strong experience in managing complex sales that involve many stakeholders/organizations
  • Ability to interact with a customer’s executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs
  • Ability to think critically and analytically
  • Strong communication skills to break down complex technology solutions to non-technical decision-makers

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to non-profits
  • Bachelor’s or advanced graduate degree
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software products would be a strong asset
  • Salesforce Certifications would be a strong asset
  • Experience selling to C-level executives in mid-market
  • Previous experience writing and presenting accurate SOW’s

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting
  • Lead creation through the building of relationships Salesforce.org Account Executives and with potential non-profit customers
  • Be responsible for lead and pipeline generation targets
  • Sales discovery and qualification
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Salesforce.org AEs
  • Identification of business pain points and objectives
  • Produce and consistently manage a healthy pipeline with close dates and next steps
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Coordinate clients, service providers and internal team members in driving an opportunity forward
  • Using Salesforce ecosystem capabilities and coming up with solutions to address pain points
  • Efficiently and competently manage roadblocks
  • Build statements of work that accurately represent the customer’s interest and set the Belmar team up for success
  • Manage relationships with Account Executives through consistent communication
  • On-going account management
  • Work with clients through procurement
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to identify additional projects
  • Regularly check-in with customers to ensure that requirements have not changed
